Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item. If your return/exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the time frame set by your card issuer's policies. If we are exchanging the item, we will ship out the exchanged item and notify you of shipment.
How To Return Your Item: To return an item to us,
please fill out the RMA request form using the link below. Do not return an item until you have received an issued RMA number. Items
received without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number and related

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items; shipping costs are nonrefundable. If your order was filled by error on our part with an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make arrangements for the correct item to be shipped to you. The original shipping cost will be deducted from your order for such items.
