If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the timeframe set by your card issuer’s policies. If we are exchanging the item, we will ship out the exchanged item and notify you of shipment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to exchange your item, you will be charged for the shipping cost of the exchanged item.

How To Return Your Item
To return an item to us, please fill out the RMA request form below. Do not return an item until you have received an issued RMA number. Items received without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number and related information will be sent to you via EMAIL ONLY.
